About Alex Egan

With six years of professional experience and nearly two decades of real estate investing, Alex Egan is well-versed in navigating Atlanta’s diverse micro-markets and boroughs. As nominated and voted Brookhaven and Chamblee’s Best REALTOR® 2025 and a multi-year ARA Top Performer with access to coveted on and off-market properties, she leverages her strong expertise and network of industry professionals to deliver exceptional service. Known for open and honest communication, Alex builds genuine and lasting relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of her clients’ needs. She applies her understanding of the built environment with her Honors graduate background as an MLA from University of Georgia’s College of Environment and Design to evaluate properties with a keen eye for design, functionality, and investment potential. Alex also utilizes her experience in ArcGIS data analysis to help her clients maximize their return on investment, whether they are purchasing, liquidating, or exchanging, or enhancing properties. 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Alex is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers with organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, Atlanta Botanical Garden, The Junior League of Atlanta, and National MOMS Club. When she’s not volunteering, Alex enjoys spending time with her children, working on home projects, or escaping to the North Georgia family farm.
