Get to Know Me

Chris Smith is a Founding Advisor with Peachtree Town and Country, serving buyers and sellers across Atlanta’s North Corridor—from Buckhead to Alpharetta, Milton, South Forsyth, and beyond. With a strong foundation in home inspections, sales, and operations, Chris brings a rare blend of technical expertise, market insight, and a done-for-you approach to every transaction.

Pairing deep neighborhood knowledge with premier industry resources, Chris has built his reputation on trust, professionalism, and exceptional service. His background spans recruiting, sales management, and leading a high-volume home inspection business—where he scaled operations from a solo venture into a thriving team completing 30+ inspections per week. That same ability to simplify complex deals and anticipate client needs now defines his real estate practice, ensuring seamless, high-touch experiences for clients at all stages—whether first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or couples downsizing with style. Backed by Peachtree Town and Country’s elite position built on deep local expertise and a foundation of excellence, Chris offers clients access to exclusive off-market listings, trusted vendor partners, and world-class marketing.

An Atlanta native with strong local roots, Chris’s commitment to service extends far beyond real estate. A former Georgia-certified firefighter, he has led successful fundraising initiatives for police K-9 units with the Alpharetta and Johns Creek Police Departments. He has also devoted years to youth leadership at North Point Community Church, mentoring high school students and investing in the next generation. Chris and his wife are proud Forsyth County residents, where they value the area’s top-ranked schools, strong infrastructure, and unwavering sense of community.

A connoisseur of fine timepieces, Chris can talk watches for hours—simply for the love of it. When he’s not negotiating deals, you’ll find him volunteering, working out, watching How It’s Made, or spending time with his wife, three German Shepherds, and two cats.
