Originally from Kentucky and a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Geri moved to North Atlanta in 1993 and has proudly called the area home ever since. She began her real estate career in 1996 and has built her business through lasting relationships, referrals, and a commitment to being there for her clients every step of the way.

Geri knows the North Atlanta market well, including Woodstock, Roswell, Canton, Alpharetta, and the surrounding communities. She especially enjoys helping clients transition from a larger family home into active-adult living. Having guided many people through this important change, she understands that downsizing is about more than finding less space—it is about discovering the right community, lifestyle, location, and home for the next chapter.
