Originally licensed in New York, later licensed in California, and licensed in Georgia for over two decades, Kate has called the North Atlanta suburbs home for more than 25 years. Her relocation journey has given her a special empathy for clients moving to the Atlanta area—whether they’re first-time buyers, growing families, or starting a fresh chapter.

A multi-year Top Producer, Kate is especially known for rolling up her sleeves to transform listings. She coordinates renovations, manages trusted vendors, and personally stages each home using her design background to elevate presentation, attract the right buyers, and maximize results. Kate enjoys every stage of getting a home ready for market from fine-tuning design details to creating that unforgettable ‘wow” first impression, when buyers walk in and instantly fall in love. 

Kate holds a degree in Communications and Marketing, sharpening her ability to craft compelling narratives, negotiate with clarity and keep her clients well informed throughout each step of the real estate process. Nothing brings her more joy than matching clients with the home that feels “just right”, and she believes that genuine care and exceptional service builds friendships that last long after closing day. 

A devoted animal advocate, Kate has often been affectionately referred to as the “dog lady”. She has been mentored as a dog trainer and works alongside many rescues and shelters sponsoring fundraising events and helping rescue, foster and find homes for animals in need. Kate lives in Marietta with her husband, three children, four dogs and two cats. Her guiding philosophy: “When you follow your passion, you'll never work a day in your life.”
