About Kristi Flannagan

Kristi Flannagan is a seasoned marketing professional with more than 16 years of experience in luxury real estate, new construction, hospitality, and multidisciplinary design. As Director of Marketing, Brokerage & Developer Services at Peachtree Town & Country, she leads strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the firm's advisors, builder and developer partnerships, and luxury brand experience.

As the primary marketing lead for the Builder & Developer Partnerships Division, Kristi oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns for new communities and development projects across Metro Atlanta. She also leads advisor onboarding and marketing training at the firm, helping real estate advisors confidently leverage the firm's marketing resources, systems, and brand standards to grow their business and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Known for her collaborative approach and passion for creative excellence, Kristi serves as a trusted marketing consultant, partnering with advisors, builders, and developers to develop thoughtful marketing strategies, compelling campaigns, and elevated brand experiences. She is passionate about creating the tools, processes, and resources that empower others to succeed while ensuring every marketing touchpoint reflects the firm's commitment to exceptional service, thoughtful design, and hospitality.

Kristi's love for design began in her South Florida high school yearbook class, where she first discovered InDesign and Photoshop on a candy-colored iMac. That early fascination led to her earning a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and a Master's degree in Web Design and Online Communications from the University of Florida.

Today, Kristi resides in Roswell, Georgia, where she enjoys spending time with her family, serving in her church community, coaching cheerleading, playing tennis, and exploring the area's local boutiques and retailers.
