Michael has lived in Roswell, Georgia for the past four years, and it has truly become home. He has a 12-year-old son, Rocco, and they enjoy spending time together playing guitars and piano, snow skiing, and cycling. Michael and his partner, Angel, love cooking together, cheering on her son Preston in football, basketball, and soccer, and spending time with their cavapoo, Teddy.
With 12 years of experience in real estate, Michael also holds an active license in Huntsville, Alabama, where the Kinzer family roots remain strong. His background includes banking, commercial insurance, investing, and home construction, which allows him to evaluate and negotiate real estate transactions from a broader, more strategic perspective. He has been on both sides of the table; completing these deals personally, experiencing the wins, and learning from the losses.
His primary niche is builder and investor representation, particularly in infill redevelopment. At the same time, Michael is equally comfortable guiding buyers through what it truly means to live, work, and play in Roswell, Milton, and Alpharetta—and helping them understand what to expect at various price points.
