About Nelson Lewis

Nelson Lewis is a seasoned media strategist, entrepreneur, and nationally recognized media personality whose career spans television, journalism, political media, communications, and business strategy. A Savannah native with deep roots in Georgia, Nelson brings a distinctive perspective shaped by decades of experience navigating the intersection of media, markets, culture, and public affairs.

Nelson began his career in Washington, D.C., following his graduation summa cum laude from Lynn University, where he was recognized with the faculty-voted Henke Excellence in Communication Award. He went on to join the Fox News Channel’s Washington bureau, later serving as Senior Producer of The Laura Ingraham Show. His career has included work across national television and digital media, appearances on BET and the Travel Channel, and the development of Her Golf Network alongside four-time LPGA Major winner Hollis Stacy. He has also been a recurring figure on the reality series Southern Charm Savannah.

Beyond media, Nelson has built a career focused on strategic communications, business development, and emerging opportunities. He currently serves as Vice President and Senior Strategist of Newsvesting, LLC, and as Managing Partner of Delegal Capital, a management consulting firm.

As Strategic Markets Advisor to Peachtree Town & Country, Nelson brings his broad experience in media, business, and market strategy to help inform the brokerage’s continued growth and positioning in an evolving real estate landscape. He joins a distinguished group of Advisors whose expertise extends beyond traditional real estate.

Nelson maintains residences in Atlanta, Highlands, North Carolina, and Savannah. His interests include aviation, piano, international travel, journalism, and music—particularly the work of Steve Winwood.
