With a background in design and extensive experience leading high-volume real estate operations, she ensures the seamless execution of every transaction from listing through closing.
In her role, Rebecca leads the creation and refinement of standard operating procedures, supports advisors and staff through training and onboarding, and identifies opportunities to streamline workflows through thoughtful technology integration. She oversees daily transaction coordination and manages the brokerage’s core operational platforms—while upholding company policies, compliance standards, and process consistency across all Market Centers.
Previously serving in a high-volume listing operation supporting more than 500 real estate advisors across Metro Atlanta and the North Georgia mountains, Rebecca is known for her advisor-first approach. She excels at coaching agents, adapting to diverse working styles, and providing solutions-driven support that helps advisors work efficiently and confidently.
Her strength lies in simplifying the intricate—building systems that are efficient, compliant, and intuitive. Rebecca leads with a servant’s heart, believing that excellence in operations begins with strong relationships and collaborative problem-solving.
Outside of work, she writes children’s books inspired by her pets, enjoys amateur voice-over projects, and occasionally picks up her family’s heirloom violin. She begins each day in meditation and prayer, grounding her leadership in faith, purpose, and gratitude.
