Born and raised in Alpharetta, Savanna Taylor is a proud Georgia native with a deep appreciation for community, home, and the stories that bring them together. Before transitioning into real estate full time, Savanna spent 15 years in corporate healthcare staffing, where she honed her customer service expertise and negotiation skills as an Account Director at LocumTenens.com. Her clients consistently praised her focus, dedication, and ability to advocate effectively. These are skills she now brings to every real estate transaction.

Savanna’s interest in real estate began early with an investment property she purchased after college at her father’s encouragement. She successfully rented the property for over a decade, completed renovations, and ultimately sold it for a profit. That firsthand experience, paired with the financial freedom it provided for her family, sparked a desire to turn her passion into a profession. Today, she has a special affinity for helping clients recognize opportunity, see possibility, and make smart investments in their future.

Savanna serves clients throughout Cumming, Alpharetta, Milton, Buford, Suwanee, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Roswell, and surrounding North Georgia communities. Known for her thorough research, clear communication, and calm guidance, she goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel confident, informed, and supported, whether buying, selling, or investing.
