Get to Know Me

A lifelong Georgia native, William has built his career over more than 25 years around a simple conviction: exceptional houses deserve to be understood for more than their square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms. His career began in Savannah, where he represented clients through affiliates of Sotheby’s International Realty and Christie’s Great Estates. Working in a market defined by historic architecture and design-conscious buyers gave him an early appreciation for the relationship between a property’s physical character and its place within a larger architectural and cultural context.

Today, William is a Real Estate Advisor with luxury boutique firm Peachtree Town & Country and the founder and driving force behind Midcentury Atlanta HOMES, a specialized real estate platform dedicated to the acquisition, marketing, and sale of midcentury modern properties. His work encompasses midcentury modern residences, architect-designed homes, historic properties, modernist architecture, urban residential development, and distinctive luxury homes throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

William has worked to bring greater visibility to Atlanta’s modernist residential heritage. His specialization has been recognized beyond the traditional real estate industry, including features in Realtor Magazine and commentary for Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles regarding Atlanta’s midcentury residential market. Through Midcentury Atlanta HOMES, he has developed an extensive portfolio of modernist properties and cultivated a network of buyers and sellers who recognize that architectural authenticity can be an important part of a property’s appeal and significance.

His approach to representing these homes is deliberately different from conventional residential marketing. William believes an architecturally distinctive property requires an understanding of its design language, provenance, period, materials, relationship to its site, and the ideas that shaped it. That philosophy has informed hundreds of transactions associated with his team and a career that has included urban condominiums, investment properties, architect-designed residences, and high-value single-family homes. He is recognized as a top Atlanta agent by volume.

William’s involvement with architecture extends beyond the marketplace. He is deeply engaged with the broader modernist community and has taken a Co-Director leadership role in revitalizing Docomomo Georgia, an organization dedicated to the documentation and conservation of modern architecture. Through that work, he is particularly interested in bringing together real estate professionals, architects, designers, preservationists, collectors, and enthusiasts around the documentation and appreciation of Georgia’s modernist architectural legacy.

An avid collector of Danish-modern furniture and classic automobiles, William’s own Atlanta residence has been profiled for its midcentury modern interiors and collection of period pieces. These interests have given him a lifelong appreciation for the craftsmanship, materials, proportions, and design principles that distinguish the best work of the modernist era.

William does not simply sell homes. He studies them, understands their context, tells their stories, and helps connect them with the people who will value what makes them exceptional. It would be his honor to share that perspective with his clients.
